By downloading, accessing, or playing ZenTension ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the application.
1. Limited License to Use
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play ZenTension on personal devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to ZenTension — including but not limited to game mechanics, puzzle layouts, mathematical formulations, graphics, vector icons, sound effects, themes, and software code — are owned exclusively by the developer.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the application, nor create derivative works based upon it, except where permitted by applicable mandatory law.
3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
ZenTension may offer optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic themes, hints, or an ad-free premium tier). All transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc. (via the App Store) or Google LLC (via Google Play) according to their applicable payment terms.
- Virtual purchases have no monetary cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
- Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective digital storefront (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
4. User Conduct & Fair Play
You agree not to use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZenTension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware device.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use ZenTension.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Game following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
